About Veteran's Day Tourney
The Las Vegas Rugby Club proudly hosts the Annual Veterans Day 15s Tournament, a growing tradition in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. Entering its 4th year in 2026, the tournament welcomes both men’s and women’s teams from across North America for a weekend dedicated to honoring the spirit of rugby and the service of our nation’s veterans. What began as a local event has quickly evolved into a must-attend tournament that blends purpose, passion, and community.

The Veterans Day 15s offers a competitive yet inclusive environment, bringing together clubs of all levels. From top sides looking to test themselves against quality opposition, to developing squads and social teams eager for meaningful game time, there is a place for everyone. The focus is on playing hard, competing with integrity, and representing the game the right way while creating opportunities for teams to grow, connect, and enjoy the full rugby experience.
Host Side & Touring Clubs
Off the pitch, the tournament truly comes to life. Teams are encouraged to embrace the social side of rugby just as much as the competition. Whether that means post-match celebrations, team bonding, or simply enjoying the atmosphere with fellow players from across the rugby community. With a strong emphasis on camaraderie, sportsmanship, and fun, the Veterans Day 15s is more than just a tournament, it’s a weekend built on respect, connection, and unforgettable memories.
Silver Bowl Park
Silver Bowl Park is a large, multi-use recreational park in the southeast Las Vegas area, known for its wide open spaces and sports facilities.
- No glass at the fields
- No smoking at the fields
- Do bring an ID. The Nevada drinking age is 21 and we will not serve beer to players without ID’s.
- Do NOT camp on the fields.
- No Nudity at the fields.
- Leave your dogs at home.
- Do NOT Drink and Drive.
Post Tournament Social
Rooted in rugby tradition, the post-tournament social at McMullan's Irish Pub brings rugby teams together to celebrate the spirit of the game beyond the final whistle. Players from every club gather to share stories from the day, connect with opponents, and build lasting friendships.
