The Las Vegas Women’s Rugby Team, established in 2023, has quickly built a strong foundation rooted in competition, sisterhood, and community involvement.

Competing at the Division II level in the Southwest Rugby Union (SWRU), the Women’s Irish face teams from Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Southwest Texas, and Southern California, proudly representing Las Vegas on the regional and national stage.

In just a short time, the Irish captured the SWRU Championship and went on to win the USA Rugby Division II National Championship—an extraordinary achievement for such a young program.

Building on that momentum, the Las Vegas Women’s Rugby Team is focused on defending its SWRU and National Championship titles while continuing to grow and elevate the program.

The Women’s Irish train twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Charlie Frias Park in Las Vegas, NV, from 6:00PM–8:00 PM.
